TalentQuest was founded in 2008 by Tim Way and Gareth Flynn.
Tim is based in Singapore and manages the Asian operations and Gareth is located in Melbourne managing operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Tim and Gareth have spent over 12 years in the Resourcing and Recruitment Sector and have worked and lived in the UK, Australia and Asia.
During their extensive RPO careers they have helped companies to build and operate robust, innovative and effective in-house recruitment operations. Supported clients include Fujitsu, ANZ Bank, Hewlett Packard, Deutsche Bank and SAP.
